SiteGuard, a service by Febus AI (febus.ai), provides automated website health monitoring. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your account email address (used for login and reports).
The website URLs you add to monitoring.
Scan results: HTTP status, latency, SSL certificate expiry, domain registration expiry, cookie-consent and tracking-script detection, and up to 25 same-origin links per check.
Stripe payment data is processed by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.

How we scan

We request pages from the sites you add, using a browser-like user agent, at the interval of your plan (5–60 minutes). We do not send login credentials, do not perform brute-force, injection, or any security attack, and we limit link checks to the site’s own domain with rate limiting.

GDPR / cookie data

We detect whether a site loads known tracking scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and whether a consent banner is present. We do not collect, store, or process personal data about end visitors of your monitored sites.

Retention & deletion

Scan history is retained while your account is active. You can delete a site (and its history) at any time; deleting your account removes all associated data.
